Dale is very professional, he helped me a lot with certain psychological and emotional blockages… he is very intuitive and knows how to guide the conversation and the exchanges to allow the release of our fears

About Me
I first obtained a diploma of practitioner in Swedish massage in 2007 then a diploma in naturopathy Hygionomiste® in 2010. I was advised in natural health products at Tau from 2010 to 2012 then at the Au Naturel boutique from 2019 to 2020.
In addition, I have completed multiple training courses in energy harmonization as well as training in auriculotherapy.
I am currently undertaking leadership and coaching training with Psycom. Since 2007, I have continued to develop my coaching skills.
I can therefore help you improve your quality of life and find meaning in it. I can also support the proper functioning of your internal systems (organic and energetic) with a focus on prevention. I can adapt to any ongoing medical care that may be provided without directly addressing the illness.
Below are my two most recent certificates. On the left, 3rd year auriculotherapy and on the right, Qigong instructor.

Scientific advice
Throughout the world traditional and alternative approaches are widely used. Quebec is one of the places that resists him the most. Nevertheless, even here, they are recognized by conventional medicine. See the excerpts below as well as a diagram from Health Canada on complementary and alternative health approaches (Figure 2).
Complementary approaches are increasingly appreciated by the population who use them for different reasons: to maintain health, to bring well-being, but also to find a solution when medicine does not give the expected results.

Such a design helps to understand diseases associated with lifestyle, such as diabetes or hypertension. To prevent or treat these diseases, by promoting the adoption of healthy lifestyles, the values of the patient and his environment are more important than the “diagnosis” he has received. The relationship between the person and his environment will influence his behavior and, consequently, his health. Several complementary approaches are also situated in this holistic perspective.
