Kenaz, domesticated fire

Kenaz, the rune, is the fourth principle of the original Light. After the Norns and before the Tree of Lights. After the spark, the transport, the audacity to get involved in one's own destiny comes, the mastery and the domestication of internal and external fire.

One of the most powerful aspects of the Light, Kenaz is the engine and essence of human evolution. The fire that burns in us and which when mastered allows us to achieve the impossible. What sets the engines in motion and illuminates our life in a controlled way.

The domestication of fire includes the ability to heat our homes and build cars to the mastery of electricity and what it allows. Our mastery and integration of energy in our lives is, again, what differentiates our lives from those of animals.

This obviously transposes to the spiritual life and the domestication of the internal fire. We thus speak of what motivates us deeply and that we manage to overlap and manifest in a constructive way.

It is also about the ability to see in the dark at will. It is thus linked to inner and outer knowledge.

It is this stability and this mastered power that allows the tree of Light to flourish.

To integrate Kenaz into our lives is to tame the fire. It is stabilizing and nourishing our interiority as much by vision as by heat. Fire therefore has a certain stability in the form of Kenaz and this makes it all the more powerful. This mastery and domestication of fire is at the heart of all alchemical practice.

    Norns – weavers of destiny

Norns are the 3rd principle of the original Light after Lucifer and before Kenaz. It is thus a question of getting involved in our destiny and that of others once we carry the light that we are in the process of domesticating. The more an individual is proactive and takes his destiny into his own hands, the more the relationship…

Yggdrasil, the tree of light and life

Once mastered and domesticated, the fire allows the maturity of the being. With its maturity, the individuated consciousness establishes itself in the whole of the individual and produces (possible) fruits. In this sense the tree of light is an archetype present in the center of the head of individuals and extends into the whole of all that they are.…
